Ordering and Payment Information

Lampwork Creation Beads uses a secure shopping cart. Our shopping cart is fairly self-explanatory and a user friendly shopping experience. If you encounter any problems, please contact us immediately at so we can remedy the problem without delay.
* To add an item to your shopping cart, CLICK ON THE PICTURE, then click the "ADD TO CART" button. You will not be charged for items in your shopping cart until you have completed the checkout process. You can easily remove the item by clicking "delete item"
* To get to the shopping cart at any time, please click on "VIEW CART" button on the top of any page.
* To finalize your purchase, click on the "CHECK OUT" button. Fill out your customer information, and follow the instructions to purchase your items. If you have a discount code or a coupon code, please put it in the last form field Once we receive your order, Pay-pal will charge your credit card or your Pay-pal account. Pay-pal will send us the order confirmation and we will ship your item(s) within one (1) to three (3) business days.

We currently accept PAY-PAL for online payment. We ship items within one (1) to three (3) days of receiving your online order, from Pay-pal.

Sales Tax: If you are ordering in California there is a 7.75% sales tax.
Shipping:
Domestic and international orders are the same price.
We prefer to ship USPS, so we can ship to P.O. boxes or street addresses.
We currently charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.80 usd that includes insurance on all items.
Purchases over $50 usd Receive FREE SHIPPING. Insurance is paid by lampwork creation Beads.

Wholesale

We welcome new wholesale accounts. Buying wholesale is easy: Send me an e-mail stating the quantity you would like to order and your business name to I will then give you a private wholesale code. After you receive your private code you can make your selection from the beads listed on-line. In the check out area enter your private wholesale code and the shopping cart process will adjust the price.
